Advanced project approval status (urban, landscape, environmental, health and hydrogeological compatibility) and simplified permitting process that reduces planning risks. Technical clearances have been acquired through a Services Conference and a specific Variant to the Urban Development Plan has been drafted.
READINESS FOR CONSTRUCTION
The building site can be started in the short term and all the areas affected by the intervention are owned. For the start of works, it is possible to proceed directly with Building Permit, after signing an Agreement with the Municipality of Ostana. The results of the geological analyses necessary for the design of the concrete structures (dynamic penetrometric geotechnical investigation) have already been acquired.

Prof. Antonio De Rossi, full professor at Polytechnic of Turin and one of the main expert in mountain architecture with projects successfully completed in the Alpine region. Also a highly qualified team of architects/engineers collaborated on the project, with specialization in mountain construction, sustainable design, reuse and valorization of local resources, innovative energy systems.
